This was not the case, they were just doing all the work behind the curtains so didn't have the stress of it. My case Manager Carmen Cueva's was amazing she let me know every step of that way and explained in detail why it was what it was going to be. The other company decided that they wanted to settle just after 7 months and everything was just as smooth as poss. Would totally recommend 10/10 service.
