“As stated in other reviews, the company has been non-responsive during the past month, even for current clients like me. I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm changing my registered agent service to a new firm. Marc has not responded to multiple emails and at least 3 calls during normal business hours. I'm wondering if he's out of business, but if not, then something is up. He used to be very responsive, so this is a change that is quite recent.”

“Everyone in the branch was super friendly and professional and greeted me as I came into the office on Wed. I went to pick up a tour book for Charleston, SC. Ryan Gabriel assisted me and informed me that they no longer supply the tour books however, he did go into the back to check and see if there was a chance there were any left. He gave me a map and a QR code sheet for all the tour books. He also mentioned the security system special they were running and he did follow-up with me on Thursday. I declined and then reconsidered and reached out on Friday. I really appreciate Ryan's attention to care of customers. I only wish that the tour books were still available for us old fashioned folks who like to hold a book in their hands.”
