Central Library
4.6
( 16 reviews )
Closed until 09:00 AM

10 Grand Army Plz, Brooklyn, NY 11238, United States

“The appearance of the library containing books is shaped like a huge book. Would you believe me if I came just to see the front door? You must take my word for it. Because of course there are things to see around the library as well. There is a park where you can relax. On the first floor of the library, there is a cafe where you can buy tea and snacks, and the restrooms are clean. This place especially has a lot of records and video-related materials. There are many special programs for children, so take note! Another advantage is that the materials are well divided into separate rooms and sections. Above all, the security guard at the desk was very friendly and nice.”

Rubber-cal
4.8
( 8 reviews )

18424 Mt Langley St, Fountain Valley, CA 92708, United States

“Good, durable, imported coconut coir fiber mat by Rubber-Cal. I like the adequate size of the product which is larger than my previous mat but not too big. I like the cool doggie-themed print which is welcoming to any pet person. The fibers are well attached and densely formed over the sturdy rubber backing. I recommend standing on its edge to dry out after rain which also allows the space where you lay it to dry. It does shed small fiber hairs which get tracked inside perhaps due being new and having to break in.”

Salt Lake City Public Library
4.6
( 8 reviews )

210 E 400 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84111, United States

“I have been coming here for years. Such a great public library that is well organized and super accessible. The construction itself is awesome and I believe has won awards. It has evolved and changed slightly over the years but it continues to serve the community in a great way. I highly recommend.”

Columbus Metropolitan Library
4.8
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 09:00 AM

96 S Grant Ave, Columbus, OH 43215, United States

“The library is beautiful. Staff is really dedicated. But there is a gray zone between a place where you can find focus on your study and concentrate, and a noisy COMMUNITY CENTER, this library is mixed on this one. Public libraries are a safe net for many people, but I suggest to reserve space for people that need to focus in a quiet and noise-free environment, since the study rooms are not always available.”

Skokie Public Library
4.8
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 09:00 AM

5215 Oakton St, Skokie, IL 60077, United States

“I just came across the library and took both my kids aged 4 and 9 to the library. It has so many things to do, for all age group. The best staff who are always there to help, very clean space, good place to meet new people. If you want to leave the busy life and want a calm and peaceful place, then this is the spot. Do make a library card for easy access to borrow the wide collection they have…”

Idaho Falls Public Library
4.7
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 10:00 AM

457 W Broadway St, Idaho Falls, ID 83402, United States

“I’ve lived in Utah, Arizona, and Idaho and have always had a public library card. What’s crazy is that the Idaho Falls library is my favorite! It’s not as beautiful as the Provo, Utah library but I love it most. These are the reasons: I love the IFPL hold system. You can put any number of books, or up to 10 movies per card on hold (even if they’re not already checked out), and a librarian will go get the book for you or when someone returns the item, the library will hold them for you for a week. You don’t even have to go searching for them. Secondly, there’s no late fees! You can’t check anything else out until you return an item that’s late, but you also don’t have to stress if you can’t get a book to the library on a certain date. Lastly, they have a great summer reading program for kids! I do wish they’d open a little earlier but it’s my favorite library by far and I’ve been to a lot!!”

Champaign Public Library
4.7
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 09:00 AM

200 W Green St, Champaign, IL 61820, United States

“I have never lived in a town with such a dynamic library! There are writers programs, and programs to help people who want to start businesses, and they are building expanded facilities in the basement for doing sound recordings...oh, yeah, and they have books. I've seen libraries that want to do away with books. Which seems dumb to me. They have a great collection of videos, too. My favorite part, though, is walking into the building. The lobby is an art gallery with a new installation of art every season. It never fails to make me smile when I walk in!”

Southeast Regional Library
4.6
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 10:00 AM

775 N Greenfield Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85234, United States

“My family and I love this library and have been coming here for years. The combination of taking a walk around the riparian preserve located here, getting out into nature, and then being able to step inside and exercise our brains is a potent combination. The librarians are incredibly helpful in resolving issues and I am grateful for the work they do. Checking out books is an excellent forcing function to have an excuse to return them, get in another walk, and repeat the process. We’ve come after dark before and been able to view distant galaxies through the telescope that resides here as well.”

Akron-summit County Public Library
4.8
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 10:00 AM

60 S High St, Akron, OH 44326, United States

“This is where I spent most of my childhood. It’s three floors, very spacious, very clean. Their auditorium is basic and beautiful. The kids sections is cute and put together. The people are helpful and nice. They always have an event going on so I signed up to get emails every now and then. Overall a very nice place filled with beautiful memories”

Mr. Trash Wheel
4.9
( 8 reviews )

Jones Falls Expy, Baltimore, MD 21201, United States

“Quirky and functional. Serves a great purpose, and has a attractive appearance. I'm not sure if it's primarily an art piece or passive trash collector, but a great addition regardless.”

Julia Yates Semmes Library
4.7
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 10:00 AM

15060 Judson Rd, San Antonio, TX 78247, United States

“Shockingly Beautiful Library! This library has the most amenities of any I've visited - a quiet room, rows of computers in several places for adults and kids, various study and reading areas, expansive windows with serene views of the landscaping that wraps around the parameter, a shaded walking trail, and a large covered playground (even the swings)! Attention to detail is everywhere and it was a treat to explore it. After adding in friendly and knowledgeable staff, the Semmes Library had zero competition as my favorite!!! I found myself wanting to sit in peace and stare outside, daydreaming!”

Central Library
4.5
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 10:00 AM

600 Soledad St, San Antonio, TX 78205, United States

“We had a great time here. This is a very large and beautiful library with what seems like millions of books. I used to bring my kids here when it was brand new in the late 90s and early 2000s. It brings back many good memories . It still looks good. There were plenty of staff eager to help. They also had a Texas genealogy room that piqued my interest. I will definitely return to look up my roots and ancestors.”

Kent District Library - Wyoming Branch
4.8
( 10 reviews )
Closed until 09:30 AM

3350 Michael Ave SW, Wyoming, MI 49509, United States

“This library is pretty nice and chill, and maybe it is the only library I will go to. Employees are fast and easy to go by to sign up for your card. In general, they are very helpful and nice too! Many interesting books like history, holidays, or even fiction are all here in all genres, with a pretty good selection of great-quality books. Some places are great to read about, like the red chairs (in photos). Some of the places, like the 30-second video, are a little loud as they are kind of near a playground. The play place, however, has a wide selection of things for children's underage to enjoy, including boxes of toys of blocks, cars, maybe tracks, and more! The fish tank is just cool. They have a beautiful art gallery and a donation room at the front as you walk in. 5/5 experience 📚😀”

Erie County Public Library - Blasco Memorial Library

( 16 reviews )
Closed until 09:00 AM

160 E Front St, Erie, PA 16507, United States

“The Erie County Library is one of my favorite places to go. It's beautiful inside with endless resources for all ages. There is an enormous music section that I frequent that is always stocked with newer release CD's and also older treasures. I love taking my kids there. It's a great atmosphere for a family. The Erie Maritime Museum is in the same building and worth a look. I recommend anyone pay a visit to this beautiful library.”
