My son bought a 2 T-shirt buy one get the other one half off, so that's about $40 there and then in a box I grab a backpack and medium size wallet $1 buy for $1 I thought I read it that way but no it was the original price which is the high price and second item for a $1. All that came to about $100 with taxes. So is that highway robbery or just an expensive store, you decide to whoever is reading my experience.”

“I had the worst customer service today. I was waiting in the line, and they just helped a lady who cut in the line. I was waiting about 10 mins to get a help for picking up my order, but girls who were in the check out desk just ignored customers in the line. Okay, if you guys are gonna ignore customers and do whatever you want, then why you make a 'line starts here'? Do you think customers who keep the line are dumb? We keep the line because this is the BASIC MANNER for community. For them, it's all done when they get paid, but for customers, this makes me have a negative experience about Victoria's Secret. Victoria's Secret needs to train their store workers more. It's really annoying.”
