“Watching the video to learn about what a this center doing. Respect their mission and kindness to protect Sun bears and protect the eco system of Borneo rainforest. If you are looking to seeing Sun bears only without knowing about their story, their mission, you might be disappointed because you might see a few Sun bears there after feeding sessions. And you can finish your visit with 30mins. My suggestion is watching the video to get information before or after seeing Sun bears . RM50 for entrance is hard to say expensive or not.,It depends on what are you looking for. I left 4 stars because of the difference of local and tourists fee, 10 compared with 50 and I really don’t know if there is a good reason doing that?”

“Big harbour with too much crane. Easy to lift up and down cargo. Almost ever no waste time. Great area but some worker is not understand some English language. “no.1 renew pasport form..to get next apoiment date for payment..go down kantin floor have the counter..take no.Q)..embassy staf key in form data sistem..proses rangking 30days..staf counter give 1 paper time date slip and old pasport..u can go back home..no.2 u come at apoiment time date..to 1 floor counter first..after that go to 2 floor take no.Q for payment..after payment and get blue recipt..old pasport and paper form..pasport in proses rangking 21 to 30days..no.3 ceking status first at embassy webside..if pasport ready to take..u can set time day to come..come to 1 floor at counter 4..Q time collection 9.30am to 12.30pm..2pm to 4pm..very good u come morning time..sometime so many friend come..sometime not many come..if all nepal friend want to renew pasport..u must come to embassy 3 time..regular pasport renew only paid Rm210..if lost pasport paid Rm420..so good luck to all Nepali friend..TQ”

“Horrible after sales service. Business Promo package offered for renewal did not go into system causing us to pay full without the promised rebate. Called, emailed, whatsapp to Ms Amilia Tay did not answer. Don't even bother to reply on the issue. Only want to get sales commission and targets. Maxis support is also getting worst by the days. Reported to Maxis Biz support and took more that a month to resolve and rebate not as per contract start date(2/11/2023) but on reported date (3/1/2024). Biggest ever REGRET in renewing our Maxis Biz contract.”

The place is extremely tight and those steel chairs are so hard and uncomfortable they hinder the dining experience. I think my butt went numb!
