“We used Kennards several years ago to purchase boxes when moving house, and I was impressed with the price point and quality of their boxes, so today when I needed some more, I jumped onto their website to see if I could order online for collection and was pleasantly surprised by the super easy ordering system and ease at which I could collect my boxes. Very grateful for anything that saves me time! I received a courtesy call when my order was ready for collection and I couldn't recommend Kennards more highly!”

“Good range of Instruments and everything a muso might need. Unfortunately Customer service could do with some improvements. I walked in and acknowledged but left to my own devices. A young customer service worker helped me out and I was on my way, So thank you to that particular customer service worker, But I felt that I was being watched from the others as if I was up to no good. I would of appreciated someone to ask me if I needed help instead or as soon as I walked in the store as there were 3 service workers at the front door. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration. But I gave 3 stars because of that nice worker who helped me otherwise it would of been a 1”
