“After 2 years didn't visit Specsavers at Upper Mt Gravatt, I went back to do my eye test. The optometrist was so professional and went all way out to do further test for me to ensure my eyes are healthy and well maintained due to my eye sights were higher than others. The staff we did the test for me before seeing the Optometrist was professional and understanding too. I was pretty impress with the whole team compared to the service I received more than 2 years ago. Back then, one of the staff actually broke my specs, did the wrong measurement and had to send back to the factory twice due to the lens were too shining for me to wear, etc. Hopefully when I collect my specs in a few weeks time, I do not encounter the repeated issues I had more than 2 years ago!”
