“SECURITY IS STEALING TAXPAYER MONEY BATHROOMS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE CLOSED AT 8:00 P.M. BUT REGULARLY THEY ARE CLOSED AT 3:00 3:30 OR 4ISH. This is the 3rd time I've come here with my family on the weekend and by 3:30 4:00 the bathroom is already closed. The sign says 8:00 p.m. you know we bring our family up here we think we can have access at the bathroom we pay taxes for until 8:00 p.m. Why do you have this new security company getting paid the close starting at 8:00 but they close it's starting at 3:30. If they can't do the contract right then they should be terminated because right now they're stealing taxpayer money. Hire a company who can fulfill the contract of 8 to 8:00 not 3:00 3:30 4:00”

“My husband passed away after 6 yrs of battling cancer. He was under hospice care the last month and a half of his life. Hospice provided us with a list of funeral homes for our convenience. I went through the list the first two I called had an answering service who advised us to leave a number and they would give us a call back. I called La Paloma Funeral Services, I was greeted by Alexa. She was warm, caring and answered all of my questions with compassion. I knew this was the place without a doubt.I set up an appointment and was greeted by Rebecca, she was kind, knowledgeable and guided us through the process. When my husband’s urn was ready for pick up we were greeted by Richard. Richard made us feel at ease and comforted us with his warm welcome. He took into consideration that we were still in the grieving process, Richard honored us by giving us the time we needed. My family is grateful for the kindness, respect, and guidance we were given during our grief. I highly recommend La Paloma Funeral Services, they will assist you with respect and grace. “I like the fact that it's open 24/7. The neighborhood sucks but I don't feel unsafe here. The attendants are kind and attentive to your needs. The prices are decent. I was unsure of how clean my laundry was going to be when I didn't see many suds forming, as noted in the video. However , all in all my laundry was clean so I will return. There is free Wi-Fi which is nice. Also, there's massage chairs, vending machines, and all the soap/bleach you need. Couple suggestions: 1. Replace the archaic and repetitive quarter (25 cent) payment system with reloadable cards; considering the nationwide coin shortage and the fact that many people no longer deal with cash. 2. Add a sink of some kind for rinsing the laundry soap caps with paper towel for wiping hands. 3. Provide a restroom for customers; we're paying to do our laundry which typically takes over an hour and it's very inconvenient especially when you have kids.”

“Their customer service is horrible. They can send you a bunch of promotional emails and things you dont need. When it comes to communicating about delivery times and dates they are useless. Cant pick your day or time frame. They do it when it’s convenient for them then change the days whenever they have a day off. Poor service. Example my original day was Monday, they had a holiday and it changed to Tuesday then another holiday and change to Thursday. When we have another holiday it will change again. Impossible to put your bottles out or plan to have enough water. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Go with a good company with reliable deliveries and ability to give actual customer service”
