“Unfortunately our machines had just broke, my son and I came in tonight, 12/28/23 to wash our clothes, left after 8 pm. Do to unforeseen issues at home, we got back as soon as possible, arriving at 10:30 pm. We walked in and found our clothes stuffed in a few garbage bags. This young rude impatient girl who worked there said we couldn't dry our clothes. I answered why would you turn us away with with wet clothes? Our clothes will be ruined! When we had time to throw them in small loads to dry quickly in 20 minutes. I've come to this place for the past 8 years living down the road for the conveniences. Have washed and dried our clothes here with many loads of experiences. She continued to give us a hard time, so I said in an aggravated voice. "The longer we talk, the longer it will take our clothes to dry". She then had a nasty attitude and said "Just because you said that, you have to leave, I was going to let you dry your clothes", REALLY? WHY DIDN'T SHE LET US AS SOON AS WE ARRIVED INSTEAD OF WASTING TIME ARGUING WITH US?? I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH ANY OTHER EMPLOYEES. I saw on the left side, there were some driers with clothes in them, that wasn't picked up yet. I knew it shouldn't have been a problem had it been a maturer adult working tonight, who would be more patient and understanding. This young girl obviously had ZERO customer service and her ONLY CONCERN WAS TO RUSH OUT! I WILL NEVER RETURN, OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! THANKS TO HER INCONSIDERATE ACTIONS..NOW OUR CLOTHES, SHEETS, WILL BE MOLDY SMELLY BY MORNING!! 😭”

“I have to say I was a little apprehensive after reading some of these reviews about utilizing Grassy Sound marina. I have to say most of the negative reviews in my opinion are completely wrong. The employees and owners were helpful and courteous. The facility was nice and clean. The owner even gave me some fishing tips and let my kids meet/play with their marina dog. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this business. I look forward to docking my boat there next year.”
