The Tiki Bar, a hidden gem within this glorious establishment, proved to be a delightful treat, offering an oasis of relaxation and enjoyment. As I immersed myself in the vibrant atmosphere, I couldn't help but envision what it would be like to call this place home. The stunning surroundings, coupled with the vibrant energy of the community, made it abundantly clear that this would be an extraordinary place to live. 👍”

“Recently bought a house in Lake fairways. I have found they have very high Hoa fees. Which would be fine if they if they did some upkeep. The pool has not been heated nor the hot tub. I have been here over a month and still not working. But, Do not pay your 6 months of HOA fees late. The lawns have not been mowed in over three weeks. Starting to look like a jungle. Hated to pay 6 months of HOA fees when in fact probably will not be here that long. I feel that ELS is taking advantage of the people that live here. It just gets worse and worse here. So many amenities but there always broken.The pool is dirty. Very run down. Hard to believe people give them 5 stars. There living in a fantasy world. I wanted to update this review since getting new management for the park there has been a total 180. Things are being updated. They hired a new pool company to take care of the pool and has been very clean. When things get broken we don't have to wait a year to have them fixed. New photos to come.”

“11am on a weekend and the place was busy with their workers and a few folks doing their own laundry. I was able to feed a $20 into a machine and make a LOT of change. Thankfully, someone else needed quarters and I sold a few of them back to that couple. The washer worked well and I had one very full load. Clean clothes and when the spin cycle completed, it was only moist. Fine to put into the dryers. I took two and after 20 minutes, my stuff was dry enough that I was good to go. There is a restroom that was decently clean and a reasonable amount of space for folding. There are some seats where you can watch your stuff and they have some power outlets nearby to keep your phone charged. I would do laundry here again.”
