The hotel offers a ~30min free boat shuttle Sun, Tue and Thur. It's unclear how to arrange a private transfer, but they can help you if you contact them by email or Whatsapp. We just booked our days there around this and stayed at a hotel close to the port they use (at Hotel Tunquelen). * Full board is included! * There are guides on the premises that will take you for day activities, e.g. exploring the marvellous natural park, kayaking, etc. * The food is incredibly good. We were shocked. * If you have any questions, just Whatsapp them on the number on their website—they'll answer everything promptly! It completely baffles me that Llao Llao hotel is completely full, yet this hotel wasn't filled to the brim... This is a completely undiscovered gem.”
