“A must see place in Laguna!. Great food, Great service. It is a great place to relax and enjoy. The place is also maintained well!. I give it a four because, the road is dark at night. And as of december 2023, the rooms in the resort are still in renovation.”

“its a very big hotel and resort. rooms are decent and pretty good sized overlook the wakeboard lake , however would be better if overlooked the pool beach is 1min away but was low tide so had to walk about 4mins the get to it. beach is not worth it as very black sandy and not clear/ murky water. its more fun to swim in their pool the service is pretty good (considering they have like 100 staff on duty at all times- LOL) seriously. but some are good , some are..... food is good, especially the Lebanese considering its authentic as the owner is from there. but the food is on the pricey side and sadly no restaurants close by also have a mall with small robinsons which is convenient. however overall room rate of 4000 is a bit much considering no breakfast, wifi is slow and spotty, also bathroom doesnt flush sometimes and when it does takes about 20 mins to fill up but ok i guess, had fun. wish they improve the small things”

“I mean this place is massive. I booked the standard room and it is far from the reception. More walks. They have a gigantic pool which is nice and space big space for events like weddings. The Standard Room has 2 single beds, is air-conditioned, and has an okay bathroom with no hot water. What to expect: serenity and nature.”

“Beware of this hotel. We were charged an extra person charge for my son traveling with me and my wife which we gladly paid for but we had to repeatedly ask for an extra towel for use as there were only two towels in the room. When we requested for just one extra pillow in the evening, we were told by the front desk that this was another 150 peso charge per day. This is unacceptable as we have already been charged for an extra person which we expected also included some extra amenities to make the stay comfortable. We would definitely not recommend staying here as they are trying to squeeze guests out of every dime and nickel that they can. They would rather lose customers than offer an extra pillow.”

“Do not go. Just please. Not worth the price they are asking for. TV not working, faucet is leaking, bed smells, shower drain clogged. Old aircon can barely cool the room. Do not go. You have been warned. This place should just close down. It's disgusting they're still in business.”
