“What a great little hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating to us as American tourists. The room we had was large with a queen bed (two doubles pushed together) that was very comfortable and a couch that had a pull out bed if we have additional travelers with us. The room was very clean and it felt very safe. It was in s good part of them with a Lidl type store across the road and next to a gas station that was very convenient. The breakfast that was included was good and very typical of a European hotel. It was only 30 minutes from downtown Rome which was very nice. Would definitely stay here again if I came through on vacation.”

“BE CAREFUL WITH THIS "HOTEL"!! It is not a hotel, but an event house. You only get a small room for your money and you cannot use anything at the property. The breakfast is a joke, it is much less than what most of the landlords give you for free in Italy. Anyway, if you are two, one of you have to eat it while standing, because there is only one chair and a really small table in the room. They organize loud events and start to clean it up really early in the morning, so you cannot even have a rest in the morning. On top of that, the stuff is extremely rude and they only speak English, when they need something. When you want to ask, they only speak Italian. I am not going to list all the negative aspects, you better read all the other comments as well. I am pretty sure that the positive ones come from friends or from people who visited one of their events for a couple of hours. Avoid this place if you can!!!”
