“This is a nice budget hotel. Please do not expect five star hotel facilites but what they offer out of the money they are asking from you is reasonably well. The location is right on the highway which is good. Though they can improve on somethings most importantly their complimentary breakfast quality and the options, apart from which is a specific odour which is not that pleasant, which I observed in almost all the room options that I was shown. Rest the things are good and the staff is helpful. If your motive is to travel and explore coorg and not to sit in a resort/hotel then this is a place that is worth a try.”

“Stayed here on 01/12/ 2023.. An average hotel, that's all. Great location. Car parking also there, beside the building. Room boys are NOT prompt, not service oriented or even caring to our concerns. I was allotted room no: 666.. Toilet was not clean or hygienic. Human stool wastes were there. When complained, a room boy came, after 15 minutes. ( I had to wait 15 minutes to urinate.. lol.. ) He went.. Then I found that the FLUSH is not working. This time I went to the reception. The person came and ''' inspected ''' (( which was not done b4 the guest arrives )) and asked me to shift to room no 888.. Me and my wife were not physically well due to common cold.. and took all the luggage and shifted to 888. No room boy was there to help us. The room 888 was okay. Next day, breakfast was served @ room.. Not at all bad.. But the thing is, when U pay some 2600 Rs for a room, we expect MINIMUM SERVICE.”

“Feels uncomfortable, unsafe for family. Mostly unmarried couples were using the rooms. Not recommended for family. They make so many adjustments with rooms and shift your rooms frequently. I stayed fr 2 days n had to shift 3 times due to availability, geyser not functioning, no lock to the bathroom door etc. Price is reasonable fr the rooms. Fairly clean. But mostly rooms will have one or other issue.”
