Best Western Premier Helena Great Northern Hotel
4.5
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 04:00 PM

835 Great Northern Blvd, Helena, MT 59601, United States

“This is our lodging of choice any time we visit Helena. The location is great. The hotel is spotless, rooms are large, with all the expected amenities and breakfast is far better than the usual fare. To top it off, the employees are friendly, helpful and welcoming. We look forward to staying at the Great Northern any chance we get!”

Granite Peak Rv Resort

9900 Thoroughbred Ln, Missoula, MT 59808, United States

“Stopped here for a night on our way to Yellowstone. It was a nice RV park. It was clean, the pool was in great shape, and the kids loved the playground. It’s also nice that all of the main paths are paved so there was no dust. They have a path to the river but we didn’t have time to go, so I wish we could’ve checked that out. We would definitely come back again. It was a real nice park. My only complaint was that there were no fire rings at the temp spots.”

Apgar Village Lodge & Cabins
4.5
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 03:00 PM

Lake View Dr, West Glacier, MT 59936, United States

“It saddens me to do this review, as it's the last thing I wanted to experience at Glacier. This hotel was filthy (dug in grime on the bathroom floor, who knows what was in the carpet, etc), has no elevator, the back stairs were worn out and did not meet ADA standards. I could go on and on. The staff were all nice, and the food was decent. If this lodge is to keep going, it needs someone on board to start an overhaul in motion.”

Three Bear Lodge

( 8 reviews )
Closed until 03:00 PM

217 Yellowstone Ave, West Yellowstone, MT 59758, United States

“We came here after the luxury-turned-cheap-motel experience that was the Lake Yellowstone Hotel. We found the staff accommodating and knowledgable about the area. The beds were very comfortable, and the showers were wonderful. The pool and spa were well-kept and easy to use. The pool is kept at a warm temperature. The bathrooms even had a heating feature to dry our swimsuits! The attached restaurant was quaint, but the food was great and the portion sizes were massive - go with a big appetite! Service was a little slow, but the portion sizes more than made up for that. The location is also filled with history that is proudly displayed. This is a great go-to for anyone planning a Yellowstone vacation!”

Gray Wolf Inn & Suites

Closed until 04:00 PM

250 S Canyon St, West Yellowstone, MT 59758, United States

“Very impressed with this hotel! Service was good, free breakfast included (cereal, granola bars, some fruit, drinks, etc), they had plenty of parking and an underground heated parking garage as well, they also had some fun things included like a fire pit to sit at with s’mores kits, and ice cream during certain hours in the lobby. They also allowed us to rent bear spray, hiking sticks, and binoculars from a little shack just outside the hotel (keep in mind this shack closed on 10/1 for the season though). The only con I can think of is that the shower pressure wasn’t great - but not a huge deal. I would definitely stay here again.”

Glacier Park Lodge

Closed until 03:00 PM

499 MT-49, East Glacier Park, MT 59434, United States

“This is such a cool, historic building! My husband and I stayed here because it's relatively close to Glacier National Park (especially if you plan on visiting Two Medicine!). All of the staff were incredibly friendly, and the views were lovely. The food at the lounge was also tasty, as were the drinks. One thing to keep in mind before this next little bit: this building is OLD - over 100 years old! Which is part of the reason why it's so cool in my opinion. Now, that being said, the rooms are basic - bed, desk, a few chairs, tiny shower, toilet, and a fan (no TV, no AC). This was fine for us considering we just needed a place to rest our heads in the evening. However, the bed was so uncomfortable :( If you prefer a really firm mattress, you may like it, but we needed a little more cushion. I wouldn't rule out staying here again, but I would definitely take it into consideration - a good night's sleep is important if you've been hiking all day! There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the room either, but this ended up being okay; I brought a collapsible mini cooler and filled it with ice each night (they do have an ice machine!) and it kept our snacks chilled. Even if you decide to not stay here, it is worth checking out - historic building, golf course, yummy food and drinks, etc.”

Yellowstone Gateway Inn

Closed until 04:00 PM

103 Bigelow Ln, Gardiner, MT 59030, United States

“Their room is too good to be true for the price. They are facilitated with a very nice full kitchen. The hotel is perfectly located next to a grocery store. Their room view is the magnificent snow mountains due to a snow storm. There are many elks around. I can see them daily. With a short walk you can see even more of them. Their staff was very nice. My bike pump was left on the other side of the park. The owner bought me a new one and helped me pump the bike. I wish there are more stars. They made my stay at Gardiner awesome.”

14871 Montana Hwy 35, Bigfork, MT 59911, United States

“Such a lovely experience! I stayed in Big Sky Blue and it was so thoughtfully set up. It is a dry camper as advertised but there is a spigot on-site for potable water and a cooler box I filled with ice to keep my stuff chilled. The camper has electricity and a fan though the temp was always perfect with the cool summer evenings. The restroom/shower facilities are spotless and I loved being a minute walk from the lake. Staff was super responsive even at 1AM when my flight finally got in. Thank you so much to the staff there and highly recommend this for a glamping experience close to Glacier National Park.”

“Quiet campground in a good location.can easily walk down to Lake Macdonald and enjoy the views. Convenient of you are coming from West Glacier and plan to stay on the west side of the park. Shower 3 in loop A had strong pressure and was very hot - recommend that one if you are staying in that part of the site.”

“I stayed here for one nice. The parking was easy. The rooms are fine, nothing special, but decorated well. My room appeared to just have had the carpet shampooed and the carpet was wet. The location is great. You can see the river and elk came right up on the front lawn. Which was very cool.”

The Ranch At Rock Creek

79 Carriage House Ln, Philipsburg, MT 59858, United States

“We had the pleasure of spending Christmas this year at the Ranch at Rock Creek. Initially, I was unsure of spending the holiday away from home, but it was absolutely wonderful. The ranch did such an amazing job making the holiday special. Every building was decorated with lights, and wreaths, warm fires were always lit in every fireplace, Christmas music played in all the common areas, and the food was everything you could wish for over the holidays. On Christmas day we were able to go skiing up at the nearby mountain, and the ranch catered a beautiful lunch outside in the snow with fire pits, hot drinks and beautifully set tables. It was something we will absolutely remember forever, so such a big thank you to all of the employees working on the holiday! The absolute highlight of our trip was the horse program. My daughter and I are avid riders, and we were able to ride almost every day. The private trail rides were absolutely amazing, and tailored to our skill level. Riding in the Montana wilderness and loping up mountains was absolutely magical. We had the pleasure of riding with Kim, Gracie, McKenna and Aubrey, who were all so knowledgeable, kind and fun to ride with. The horse program here is truly outstanding. The horses are so well cared for, and 1000% safe, but still with lots of get up and go when asked. We were able to ride Jelly, Tank, Kirk, Buckaroo, Conway, Quincy, China and Aussie. All of these horses were very special, wonderful, patient, beautiful horses. Thank you for making this ranch such a special place. We highly recommend, and will remember this Christmas for the rest of our lives.”

Judith Mountain Lodge

6300 Lime Kiln Rd, Lewistown, MT 59457, United States

“We went to Lewistown for a sporting event for a long weekend and I loved the town. I loved staying at Judith Mountain Lodge, too. The service is exceptional-Jennifer and her team care about each guest and go out of their way to welcome each guest and make their stay memorable. The rooms were perfect-cozy and clean. I love how the rooms stayed true to the mountain feel. Make a reservation for dinner and enjoy the delights that the kitchen serves. And the location. The scenery is incredible, nestled in the mountains is perfect. The deer walking by to nibble on the foliage. The mountain climbing high nearby. The hiking is great and the views at the top are worth the work. I cannot recommend Judith Mountain Lodge enough and can't wait to return. You're in for a treat if you choose to stay there.”

Rock Creek Resort

Closed until 03:00 PM

6380 US-212, Red Lodge, MT 59068, United States

“Beautiful location on the creek, property was well maintained and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately there was an event happening during our stay and our room was directly over the event room. The music literally reverberated throughout our room, vibrating furniture (and us!) while we were trying to sleep. It wasn't the fault of the party goers... they booked the event room until 11 pm... just an unfortunate design that has guest rooms above the party room. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.”

Chief Joseph Ranch

125 Appaloosa Trail, Darby, MT 59829, United States

“Decided to make the drive while we were out and about exploring. Really beautiful place. Glad we could see a bit from the entrance. Thank you for allowing the public the chance to view your ranch. We love Yellowstone!”

Stage Coach Inn

209 Madison Ave, West Yellowstone, MT 59758, United States

“Great stay in West Yellowstone Fantastic, clean little place with really good, accommodating staff. Staff even gave us recommendations on places to eat. We stayed here one night and were planning to head up to Gardiner. But a snowstorm came in and turned us around before we could get to Mammoth Hot Springs. So, we headed back to West Yellowstone and The Stage Coach. They simply opened up our previous stay and put us right back in the same room. Great place. Great staff. Can’t wait to come back and see them again!”
