“**edit: We talked to the front desk. Because they were fully booked, they weren't able to give us a new room. The front desk attendant was very understanding and nice, and was able to discount part of our stay due to the inconvenience (the house cleaning staff had already left for the day). Honestly, I think they are overbooked and understaffed, causing mistakes due to the workload. Otherwise, their customer service in-house was good. Review: The front desk was nice, but I am not entirely sure that our room was cleaned. There was hair in the bathtub, sand in the carpet, and half of a PILL left on the lamp. Honestly, the two stars are only because check-in was easy. Otherwise, I would not recommend this hotel unless you want to question if you're sleeping in used sheets.”
