“We had an awesome week-long stay at the Harbor Court. The king room was spacious, clean and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was small but functional. We got a room off the street that was super quiet. I especially loved the lobby, which was equipped with tons of great work stations. I found this location far preferable to your more traditional downtown hotel areas like Union Square and SOMA. Close to everything and all transit but not right in the belly of the beast. Would gladly stay again!”

“I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. For the price, I was expecting to put up with some serious drawbacks, but I didn't have to at all! The value was great. Everything was very well maintained - better than what I am used to at Hilton or Marriott properties. The amenities are simpler, but compared to the pricing of the superchain properties on the peninsula, I would pick this again gladly. The staff were attentive, accommodating, and professional. Only a few cons: The bed was firmer than most Americans would prefer, as is typical for a Chinese hotel. The neighborhood can be loud in the fun part of the evening thanks to live entertainment nearby. Finding your room with the floor layout may be confusing the first time. They stored my bags both before check-in and after check-out which was very nice. The location is great - you can walk to many authentic Chinese establishments and a ton of Italian restaurants and cafes in North Beach. I enjoyed. No car needed either - frequent bus service from multiple lines with stops less than a block away made getting anywhere in SF easier than I expected (use Google Maps for transit directions). Everything was very clean. Make your own plans for breakfast/coffee and enjoy the savings.”
