Head chef Said was always around making recommendations and the table staff were always pleasant and couldn’t do enough. Our room was fantastic. Clean and very easy to access to beach and restaurant. The buffet food was varied and delicious. Rooms and pool area were clean and the spa was simply amazing. Will definitely be back.”

“We came here especially for the New Years brunch and were very disappointed. As vegetarians there was hardly no food, the live music was a nice touch however it was only ok. The kids were excited about the idea of a pool, but not being heated and having no changing areas near the main pool made it unusable. The service was also ok, startimg at the door it was just assumed you knew where to go, the Oberoi for example walked us right through and had someone always around to support. The 2 stars are for the amazing scenery at the location, truly well designed and a real Palace feel. I would not recommend this place if you're a vegetarian or if you're looking for the sort of pampered taken care of type of holiday.”

“We had an incredible time here during a girls trip. This is our first time ever in Morocco and Kam Kam Dunes was the highlight. Our guide, Mustafa is the best guide ever. His friendly and accommodating personality made the long road trip to the dessert super enjoyable. He is very thoughtful and always make sure we had a comfortable trip. It was a five star service from Mustafa. We got to visit multiple beautiful sightseeing locations on the way to the desert and Mustafa was a great guide in explaining about each place. We only did one night in the desert and it was a very comfortable stay in a camp. Our tents were luxurious and the site was beautiful with a stunning view of the desert. There were multiple activities available and we did camel ride. The scenery of the desert before sunset was unreal. We loved it despite the short time we had during the ride. The service of the staffs really made the stay an impressive experience. Everyone were polite and knowledgable. Highly recommend this tour to everyone. It was a very memorable trip in my life.”

“I give 1 star for the beautiful setting they created. It is not without reason that it is the Instagram place to be in the Agafay desert. I give 1 star for the concept of installing hostel rooms. This gives solo travelers the opportunity to enjoy it here. The dorms are spacious and the beds comfortable. However, they are located next to the electricity generators. So bring earplugs. The communal bathrooms are extremely clean and pleasant. Congratulations for this. For the rest I don't give a star for the service. The worst I've ever had. It started at check-in at 3:30 PM. The dorm wasn't ready, I couldn't get a bed until 5:30 PM. For the rest, every service in the restaurant is with apologies. They know they are doing a bad job. Slow, unprofessional for a international company like Selina. There are not enough staff members and the ones there all incompetent. I don't give a star for the food. The most tasteless thing I've eaten in years. Small portions for extremely high prices. I don't give a star for the Selina chain. I expected something, but got nothing instead. For such a large international company, they do not have the daily management in good hands. I give the project 1 year and it is done this way. For example, the unfriendly reception at the reception and the impossibility of checking in before 5:00 PM. The website also states that smoking is not allowed, even though there are dozens of people smoking everywhere. Ashtrays are also provided. And worst of all, a tent recently went up in flames. As management you should remove this immediately the next day. This does not show a professional attitude and discourages guests to have a safe feeling”
