“Context matters. We spent 1 night at the end of March and at the beginning of Ramadan. This is a great place to experience glamping in a unique and magical environment. Check the tides before you book. We only experienced low tide and we missed therefore the water views. The wind was rather chilly. While it helped to refresh the dome, it was not an invitation to chill at the bar or the restaurant. Maybe as a consequence, the place was deadly quiet and almost boring. While we expected this heavy silence to benefit our sleep, we were bothered at night by the noise of neighboring AC and of planes landing. Also, you need to support the very strong odor of the tent’s plastic, still maybe too new. One thing to fix: the sunbeds need a washable cover. Ours was rather disgusting. Overall value is a question mark.”

“The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Services and accommodation was good. It’s a beautiful place if you want to be closer to nature. Loving the experience of spotting gazelles lurking around even just by sitting at our cabin. We also got to see them at the feeding stations when we hiked. Bikes are provided at each cabin. Lots of activities to try too! Amazing place , we might come back soon!”

“Best thing about the resort is the staff friendliness and consideration. Very professional and detail oriented. Food is incredible; highly recommend to try their half board option. However, they still need to work on few details. The pool is quite small and not heated (which they already informed us about). The place has few renovation and maintenance going on. You will find material in various locations. I highly recommend they add lights around the resort as it is very dark and not convenient for walking. They added in few locations only. The bikes also need to be changed/ improved. Some are already extremely old/ rusted. They also need to run the water before guests arrive as it was yellow at first.”

“Room 6406 Fantastic views, nice apartment. Let down by water leakage and Mohsin, our point of contact. We had a disappointing stay at this hotel due to a major water leakage issue. Water was dripping from the ceiling in multiple spots in the kitchen. We contacted Mohsin, our point of contact, but he seemed indifferent and offered no assistance other than an apology. We were told not to use the kitchen and keep the air conditioning off (it was 40 degrees Celsius in Dubai). We were not offered any sort of refund and we’re told by Mohsin that this is due to the booking being a short one and they won’t make enough money from it! Overall, our experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The water leakage issue, combined with the indifferent staff and lack of support, made for an uncomfortable and unsatisfactory stay. I would strongly advise against booking a room here until they address and rectify these issues.”
