“This is most definitely not a four-star hotel. Its only redeeming feature is the location. The laundry service is not as claimed same day - it takes at least 24 hours. Our room on the second floor was pokey as was the bathroom. The shower was prone to sudden temperature changes and flooded the bathroom floor and even though that problem was reported, it wasn't fixed. No instructions on how to use the tv, no mention of room service. No tables available in the dining room for breakfast and all self service. Although the covered rooftop bar provided great views of the city, it was manned only occasionally. And to cap it all, the cover was removed on the day when it rained! I don't know how much worse things have to get before the IH Hotels Group gets a grip of this place...”

“The service is nice, the pool is excellent and the rooms are spacious. The food is excellent too. I would say this is a good 4 star hotel but as it claims to be a 5 star I can only give a 4 star rating, as it does not has the same 5 star standard than other hotels in that region. There is for instance no real good night service, they close the curtain and that’s it’s but usually in other 5 star hotels they put a little chocolate, they tidy up the room and they redo the bed as well. Also the shower has some mould and the furnishing and equipment in the gym are a bit outdated.”
