“We stayed here for two nights in the Luxury room. The hotel itself seemed fairly new and the room was comfortable and spacious, with all the necessary amenities (including heated blankets which was such a boon given the onset of winter when we visited). The room also opens up to a balcony with a beautiful view of the river and the mountains. While the hotel is located close to the market area (A 5 minute walk till there), it does offer respite from the very crowded places in Kasol. Great stay!”

“Highly unprofessional people!!…. I was in touch with them for booking and all they said was they will call back in 2 mins time over the package deal… they don’t bother to call back and keep the customer waiting and when I call them and confirm my booking and I was about to leave they tell me that the room is sold online and not available!!!!!!….and the manager is soo busy that he doesn’t even come online to talk to the customer, passing on the msg standing nearby to his subordinate…. what nonsense!…. Looked like they were doing a favour by opening the resort and allowing guests to stay there after the guests are willing to even pay the heavy price of the rooms!!!”
