“The Thompson is a fantastic hotel! Great location and very beautiful interior to include the lobby and common areas. We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were blown away by the custom welcome messages and small refreshments at no charge to us. The customer service & front desk was amazing, warm, and very accommodating. The gym was a world class facility that I absolutely loved. It had everything you could ever need for fitness/keeping up your workout routine. “I really enjoyed the location, as there are so many shopping options available. Moving on to the rooms. The beds were comfortable, the shower was beautiful, and the lemon scented body wash was a favorite of mine. However, the room felt a bit cramped definitely wouldn’t be able to sleep multiple people in it. The morning view was stunning, although the windows could have been cleaner for better view or pictures . It would be nice if they upgraded the TV to a smart TV. The staff was friendly, although not very engaging. A big downside was that the pool table closed at 10pm, which was very disappointing. Additionally, it would be helpful if they had a larger designated area for dogs to prevent deuces on the plants.”
