“This has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. My wife and I stayed for two nights and were welcomed with enthusiastic warmth and generosity. The traditional Japanese dinners using seasonal ingredients, the breakfasts were generous and exquisite. In every detail we saw so much refinement and thought. Our suite was an enclave of zen with such a beautiful nature setting. This place leaves one feeling rejuvenated, inspired and grateful. I highly recommend it.”

“One of the best stays of my life. Everyone should experience a Ryokan in their life and this one takes the cake. Great staff and service is just a small part of it. A private Onsen overlooking lush green trees with a river flowing through is a view that stays with you. Luxury amenities that are totally worth the price. The chef was so amazing at accommodating all dietary restrictions. The dinner and breakfast (both Japanese style) were experiences of a lifetime. The staff was in constant communication with us well before our arrival. Highly recommended.”

“We loved our stay! We stayed in a dome tent with a river view. The inside of the dome was warm and has its own AC/heating unit. Lots of outlets, comfy beds, and nice lighting. The deck had its own toilet with bidet, and an open air bath. Despite the cool air, the bath was very warm! The food was outstanding. It was so fun to cook the BBQ on the deck and see/hear the river. The roast chicken and curry were also fantastic. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They have a great system for distributing food and answering questions. The onsen was a nice bonus too. If you are looking for a high-quality glamping experience, this is it! Highly recommend! We can’t wait to come back for Sakura season.”

“Stay at the hotel felt very luxurious - room was spacious, clean and well decorated. The staff at the hotel were also extremely professional and helpful in organising our stay as well. The staff were able to help us organise local restaurants, and also free shuttle bus transfers both to and from the hotel on a daily basis depending on our plans for the day. The staff were also was able to send us items we'd left behind to our next destination in Tokyo as well, which was extremely appreciated. There was not too much difficulty navigating a language barrier either. The team were able to communicate with us in English, and all email communications were also done via English as well. Large variety of cocktails and drinks available with unique options as well. Included buffet breakfast was great - the main on offer each morning during our stay was also different each day. Overall 10/10 would recommend.”

“The room is too small and the bed is foldable to become a sofa. The bed is not comfortable to sleep. It is like sleeping a sofa. And there is no desk for person to work. If it is coming for business, this is not quite suitable. The rubbish bin in the toilet is too small like a decoration. But the room is clean and modern. The bathroom area is almost the half of the room area. No bottle water is provided.”
