“My first time at the makeup studio and it was a wonderful experience! Karina did my makeup for an event and she was very professional and kind. She suggested colors and makeup techniques that suited my facial features. She made me look so beautiful and it brought a tear to my eye looking at myself in the mirror and she wiped it dry and retouched the makeup! All the staff were passionate about their jobs and the studio is lovely. The brushes that she used felt very soft and of good quality and the makeup lasted all night! Very easy to find parking right in front the studio and in a great location. One of the girls was going a brow lamination while I was there and she explained how it’s done, I’d love to come back for that service on my next visit! If you’re looking for a place for your beauty needs that has great service and passionate employees, I would gladly suggest JenEvoy Makeup Studio!”

“Don't shop at this location if you don't want to deal with the worst customer service ever. I arrived 15 minutes before closing time to quickly grab one item, and the lady at the door basically kicked me out, saying that they were closed. There weren't enough people at the cash register, so you have to wait forever to get your item checked out. Not to mention, the general attitude of the salespeople is the worst. They don't know their products at all and walk around with a negative demeanour like they own the place. I'd rather travel a long distance to shop at a different location than set foot in this place ever again.”

“Big store with lots of employees to assist, the Skinfix team was really nice and gave us samples. I had my makeup done in store for an event. The makeup artist was really nice but she did not mention that lashes were an additional cost for the service which was a bit surprising at the end. The lashes were applied incorrectly and left a noticeable gap between my natural lash line, the applied lashes and the eyeliner.”

“Went with my sister and it was fun. You get to completely customize you lip products and the staff are quite nice and knowledgeable. The lip scrub is awsome too. They don’t take Chas tho so be prepared for that.”
