“For a busy and land scarce Singapore, Yunomori Onsen is a must go for relaxation. The atmosphere is calming and the place is clean with staff checking the water regularly. There is soothing music playing softly in the background. The price is 40$(haven't added gst) for members and $45(haven't added gst) for non-members. This includes a rental yukata and obi, a small towel,large towel and a locker for personal belongings. There is a cafe where one can don the yukata to visit barefooted. The price is similar to other Japanese restaurants and there are nods to the Onsen hidden in the food. The male and females are separated and the staff will pass you the yukata and towels in the changing room. The male side of the Onsen is nude and has 6 pools,1 signature(with magnesium sulfate), 1 to lie in ,1 bubble bath,1 silk pool( milky colour),1 40°c pool and 1 cold 17°c pool. There is also a shower area where one has to sit and shower before and after the dip. There is also a sauna and steam room separated by a shower in the male side of the Onsen. Pls remember to shower after visiting the rooms. There is also a nap room where one can lie down to rest. The room does not allow phones and noise as people are resting. One can pick up a blanket too. Overall,a great experience and if possible,visiting on a weekday will allow one to have a better visit with lesser people.”

The dessert shelf was so tempting, we ended up with 4 cakes instead of our intended 2! 🤭 The Spaghetti aglio olio with roast pork belly was quite spicy, comes with bacon strips & sundried tomatoes, but the roast pork belly felt reheated. The seasonal Indonesian chicken burger had its chicken patty coated with tempeh, which we find to be rather unique. I love the Fresh fruit tart, since it was full of raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries & mango! My lunchmates voted the Hazelnut praline cake as the best of the lot (comes with whole hazelnuts in the cake). Overall, a chill spot to hang out, though I might go for cakes rather than the mains.
