“I went in wanting vagina nail art and I really appreciate Minh and my nail tech for listening and coming through with the best version of vagina art that they could. My only issue was, I had 4 nails that I wanted gold foil on, which was simple compared to the vagina art, but only 2 days after getting my nails done the gold started fading/chipping. No other parts of any of my nails chipped except the foil, so that’s incredibly disappointing after spending the amount I spent. If you’re looking to get nail art done here, I’d recommend going elsewhere. The place was nice and the people were too.”

“Second time coming here, the first time was great. This time we were extremely disappointed. We had a reservation for 11 am for a 1 hr soak, but did not get a full hour, the entire process felt so rushed and not spa like at all! The 10 min marker “bell” rang at 11:40, it was barely audible so we thought maybe it was for the room next door especially because we should have had 20 more minutes remaining. We then got a sharp knock on the door, not once but 3 separate times all well before noon which was when our reservation was supposed to end. On the last knock the lady abruptly told us we must exit the room now, note that it was only at 11:50 at this point. We ended up finishing our “relaxing” soak by rushing to towel off, dress and gather our things so the lady would stop knocking on our door - again, not the spa experience you would expect!!! If I’m paying over $100 a hour for a spa soak experience, I expect to receive my full hour booking and not be pressured to rush out of there.”

“Massage was wonderful. Kayleigh did a phenomenal job. 5 stars for her. I loved the fact that she let me choose the scents I wanted her to use. The hot stone is definitely wonderful. She incorporated lots of deep tissue into it as well- which was so great. Orange juice, mimosa, champagne, tea, coffee, and apple cider were offered as complimentary. Unfortunately, since our massage was the last for the night, the steam room was off. Otherwise, we enjoyed it.”

“My partner and I went here for massages and had a sub-par experience, mostly due to personal preference. I wish there had been an option for a massage oil instead of lotion, because I found the sensation of being slathered with so much lotion really gross and felt sticky for the entire day afterward. I love having my scalp massaged but that also meant that some lotion got in my hair too. While I chose the fragrance-free lotion, my partner went with the orange blossom scent. The fragrance stayed on his skin and clothing even after a shower and washing that item of clothing, which bothered my nose and struck me as concerning given that I try to be really careful about avoiding endocrine-disrupting chemicals like artificial fragrance and whatever else may have been in that lotion. Neither of us liked the face rests on the massage tables. I was hoping for a more relaxing massage, which I indicated on the pretty long form they had us fill out, but ended up with more of a PT-style massage that was painful at times (to be fair I could have spoken up more). The spa experience was nice and the staff were friendly, but for future massages I’ll stick to private practice massage therapists given that it’s a similar cost for a better experience. Also, this wasn’t the staff’s fault but rather the system that this company uses - the booking process was really confusing and I didn’t receive an automated confirmation email. I eventually got an email from someone at the front desk and had to coordinate with them directly. It sketched me out a little at first and I was worried I’d been scammed.”

“I got charged 459$ for highlights for short hairs. First they asked me how much is my budget, I am like may be 200$ as I have short hairs. She told me that under 200 only half highlights will be done as there are add on for material we use. I was like how much will be for add on, she said 39$. I was like ok ,so total will be under 300$ right. she said yes. Then once we are done after 4 hours, she did hair dry and curls (she didn't mention it will be 65$ additional charge), I thought its a part of package. Then ,when we are done she told receptionist what services I used today to make final bill. And receptionist is like if you used toner it is not part of basic package, we need to add elegant foil package which was 275$ instead of 179$. I was like what is happening. total was 400$ + tips ). I have done highlights so many times in other places, and most of the time I get final cost upfront before using the service. I feel I got ripped off. I don't mind paying extra sometimes but I don't like to be blindsided. The positive is - the place is clean and nice. And my highlights were ok. That's why giving 2 starts. Just check final cost upfront before using service there. Also some advice to Enrapture salon- if customer is seating there for 4 hours, it would be good to ask for water. Customer will definitely appreciate that.”

“The guy rushes through getting the nails done. Making them look uneven and super wide. I’ve let him do my nails twice and each time gets worse. It was a super slow day so i can’t even say it’s because he fit me in. He charged me for extending my nail that he cut to short. My nails aren’t even the same length nor close too it’s horrible and definitely NOT worth the $60 he charged me!”

I wanted Christmasy ombre with more of like a gold white and they did a hot pink white and when I asked to fix they just added more pink and made it kind of like a darker pink, and made the nails super thick there was also a Acrylic on my skin The gentleman did try to get it Off my skin it just kept rubbing my skin raw. We had two different people do our nails because one had an appointment and got us halfway through and then they put us with somebody else to finish asked if they could fix they said no they look pretty they look pretty I am very upset with this due to these are supposed to be my nails for my wedding on Sunday now I have to go somewhere else and get them fixed and pay even more money because they won’t give me my money back or fix the problem Will post a picture of my nails and my sisters also added a photo of what I actually wanted versus what I got”
