“We have an amazing experience every time we come! The front desk staff make everything easy (scheduling, checking in and out), and all other staff make transitioning to different areas seamless. The locker rooms have everything you need (robes, sandals, curling iron, hair dryer, soap, shampoo/conditioner, brush, toothbrush, hair ties, razors, etc.), and the lounge area where you wait for services is calming and has flavored water while you wait. In the hydrotherapy area, staff are ready to take your food and drink orders, and bring around samples (smoothies, fruit, tea, trail mix). You can have your drinks and snacks while in the water, which is so relaxing. It has never been crowded for us, it's easy to find a quiet spot, and some areas have privacy curtains around the lounge chairs. There is a hot tub in and outside, as well as a pool, cold plunge, and separate small pools with waterfalls. We always get a spa package, which includes 2 drinks, lunch (you can choose from a full menu), access to hydrotherapy, various services, and chocolate covered strawberries. We have had pedicures, swedish massages, facials, and deep tissue massages here, but the deep tissue has definitely been our favorite. The price is well worth a day for me and my husband to come and get away from work/parenting once or twice a year!”

“People were unprofessional. Front desk employees would reschedule and change my appointment's without notifying me properly In a phone call. The company suggested a text should suffice for a change in Appointment, and were not understanding how unprofessional and not a good source of a conformation that was for clarification on the appointment itself. The company is supposed to close at 10 on weekdays but most go home due to not having any Masseuse that works past 7, which is weird on the weekdays because people get off work late. They weren’t accommodating. Spoke to the manager and the manager said they couldn’t compensate anything and would write in my chart Id perfer to be texted over appointment changes, which to me should be common sense. Not everyone checks all their messages with a busy schedule and people would show up for an appointment that was arranged at the original time as expected. Been to several hand and stones and all have acted weird and unprofessional. They also all act like they don’t want to take responsibilities for their incompetence. I’m giving it a one star due to the negligence I’ve seen with their customers over the year and a half I’ve been with them at several different locations.”

I had a mother and daughter that was beside me that both got full sets plus nail designs and only charged them 95.00. Each time I go they charge me something different even when I get the same thing and each time they the quality of work gets worse. I will not be returning.”
