The facial itself was very relaxing and enjoyable, however at the time they had a special for facials during that month per website and flyers in the spa, which was why I went to try them out. As I went to pay they did not adjust the price and stood around looking at each other and me and made me feel slightly awkward. I did not bring up the promotion and paid for my services and left a tip! I will not be returning for this very reason. A customer should not have to point out the promotions, as it should be done by the staff! This was a huge letdown and I feel like this company needs to be more honest about their promotions.”

Today I had an appointment and my technician decided to leave me and go work with a walk in because “she was her client”. After 25-30 minutes of waiting with my nails wrapped in acetone and with no acknowledgment of when I was going to be taken care off (as everyone else was busy) I removed the wrapping decided to leave. It is not ok to treat people this way.”

The price has went up over the years and the current price is $24 but I have went to other places and been dissatisfied with the outcome. There are 2 estheticians at the Orland location that I request if available and they each do my brows in the same manner and shape. Both women are friendly and always remember my preference. I also recommend the Tricoci brand hair products. My fave that I buy are their hairspray and styling cream. They are $30 a piece but worth it and sometimes they are on sale during holidays.”

I went in having no idea what I wanted. I wanted Christmas nails but also New Years. As I waited, I searched Google religiously and ended up wanting a mixture of 3 pictures. Annie did my nails and did such an AMAZING JOB! I left so happy that my vision became a reality. There was another woman who took her time explaining to Annie what I wanted. The customer service was 10/10. Definitely commend coming in. I’ve gotten a no chip full set done here a few times and have never had a bad experience. I’m very hands on and the polish lasts!”
