“Tonight I went to Tao Reflexology for a foot massage. My friend gave me a gift card for my birthday. She purchased the 30 minutes massage for $20 (before their price increase). Now 30 minutes is $25. I gave the cashier my $20 gift card and a tip for the woman. He pointed to his price chart which showed the price increase and said I had to give him the additional $5. So basically he wasn’t going to honor the $20 gift card for the service. I had never been there before and I thought he could have handled it better. Poor Customer Service!”

“I wanted to like this place so bad, but I was disappointed when I got home and looked at my nails close up. To start off with some positive notes, the staff was friendly enough and they were able to do my pedicure as a walk in. The leg massage, apricot scrub, foot scrub, and mask were all great. My issue is with the actual nail polish. I don't like to be mean, but it just looks very sloppy. The top coat wasn't applied to the nails evenly and it's very noticeable. Most of my nails have gel polish all over the cuticles/skin, while some nails weren't coated completely and I can see my nail through it. Also, some of my nails were cut at an odd shape and weren't corrected with filing. I'm glad so many other people seem to have good experiences here based on the reviews. However, I don't like the way my nails turned out so I won't be going back.”

“It’s hard to find a nail salon you can keep coming back to. This used to be one of my favorites. Their quality has gone downhill. The pedicures are not as good as they used to be they have got in a hurry. I don’t do acrylics often but this time I did and regretted it like I always do. They are all uneven sizes and thickness and I asked for rounded square and they are like small boxes and my cuticles aren’t even removed or pushed back. I won’t be back.”

“I took my daughter to get a massage for the first time for her birthday. I didn't care too much for the environment. We were able to hear the conversation that was going on in the next room because the walls didn't go all the way up to the ceiling. On top of that, it didn't have the relaxing aroma smells like a lot of the massage places have. I have no complaints about the massage it's self. It's just not the environment that I'm used to, and I wish I would have picked a better place for my daughters first massage experience.”
