“I first experienced Spa Gregorie's over 10 years ago and fell in love. I recently received a gift certificate for a 75 min massage, and was excited to return. To my disappointment, it seems that there haven't been any upgrades to the facilities. The towels and robes felt like they had not been changed out in a long time. There were dirty cups all over the locker room and the quiet room. My massage therapist was the ONLY saving grace and she was absolutely amazing. This was one of my top 5 massages, too bad the facility was one of my bottom 5.”

“I’ve been coming here for years. After Covid prices went up. However, I still enjoy coming. I personally haven’t had a negative experience or been pressured to tip more. I’ll tip based on the service I received. Sometimes it’s $10 sometimes it’s $15. The people at the front have been welcoming and nice to me. I’ve brought family and friends here and they’ve also enjoyed it. I do miss when they would soak our feet in hot water and give us tea before the massages.”
