“First time visiting Heveya with my husband and we instantly love their products. The customer service is top-notch 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The team shows good knowledge about their product and was willing to take time and explain to potential customers how to test out the products. We were given some time and privacy to try out the beds before we decide on Level 2 latex bed, queen size and 2 firm pillows (which comes together with the bed) Price is definitely on the higher side BUT, husband and I have been trying out quite a few beds in Singapore, I don't think any of them was close to this :) We'll update this review again after trying the bed for 6 months!”

“Went to Northpoint Harvey Norman, I was serve by two friendly staff who introduce on the TV and refrigerator, we eventually make decisions to buy both of the appliances, but when we decided to further go to washing machine division, no one is serving, all the staff about 5 to 6 of them just stand there with pressing their phone, even some of them saw me and my husband is waiting there to serve,but they just totally ignore, we are waiting there and they just avoid eye contact with us. Seems like scare to introduce the product,brand to us. Until one of the Malay guy (not sure),but we request someone can speak Mandarin, then he just ask his colleague to serve us. We are asking the recommendation and comparison between 3 brands, but the person didn't give us any useful info and did not further give any recommendations. So I was totally disappointed with this kind of service. Hope that washing machine division can improve the customer service and the management pls take in action.”

“Moved to smaller and compact space and were short of finishing the house with compact and suitable sofa… we do have other Scanteak furniture but never looked for sofa .. this piece of furniture immediately solved our problem and specially Daniel the person and Joo Chiat was very helpful.. Tok is around and facilitate with his own ideas to match the piece we wanted to buy!! Thanks for the prompt service.. this show room in a bungalow gives house vibes not the show room feel.. so that’s the added advantage .. Thanks !!”
