“The mattress smelled of strong chemicals. Thought it would disappear in a few days. Today is day 6 it still smells. I kept getting BITES on my body too. So today I felt around the edge of the mattress and suspected something fishy. I cut open the mattress and it turned out it was REFURBISHED. You can see the old mattress hidden inside the cover in the pictures. There are bits of human hair that is NOT MINE. Also unexplained shred of dark things, may be bug’s dead body or something else. I throw away the mattress immediately to avoid bugs spreading in the house.”
