“Ordered two bowls of noodles, 4 piece fried chicken and 5 piece dumpling for 3 people. Wasn’t feeling very hungry but the food was so good, it made us hungry. Noodles was perfectly cooked and soup was extremely flavourful. The dried version of noodles surprised us. Chicken and char siew were very well seasoned too. Waitress was very friendly and explained how to use the machine to us. Even showed us how to eat the noodles. Value for money too! Best noodles my family had in Japan by far. Only picture of the first bowl. Second bowl came after we took a bite from the first bowl. Too excited and forgot a picture of the second bowl.”

As you head north and go east under the Tomei Expressway overpass, you will see an idyllic landscape of countryside and bamboo forests all around you. I followed the navigation on Google Maps and drove along the foothills, but even though I received a call to inform me of my arrival, I couldn't find the store. It blends in with the surrounding private houses, including the parking lot. I barely noticed it at the entrance of the store. We will have lunch for 2 people with a reservation for 11:00. When we entered the restaurant, the two people with reservations told us their names and were shown to their seats. There were only two of us in the store. I have 150g of Hida beef steak. My companion is 100% Hida beef hamburger. Both are Western set (salad, soup, bread, dessert) Enjoy a delicious meal in a calm atmosphere with low-key conversation. As I was happy that I had come, customers with reservations started coming in one after another. You can see how popular it is. I thoroughly enjoyed the fine texture and melt-in-your-mouth softness of Hida beef. When you eat delicious food, conversation naturally flows. Good background music with the delicious smell and sound of grilled meat. I would also like to try the Hida beef hoba miso grill and the Hida beef sukiyaki. At first glance, the wife (?), who seemed casual at first glance, never bothered to attend to the customers, and the exquisite sense of distance between them made me feel at ease. It was a wonderful and relaxing lunch time that I couldn't believe it was only an hour and a half.”
