“Despite the historically slow service at the register, this used to be my "go-to" place for delicious Italian Hoagies. But the sandwich I received this past Weds. was nothing short of pathetic (see photo)! No pepperoni, salami, or capicola. And WHERE ARE THE TOMATOES? It was basically ham and cheese on a hoagie roll with some shredded lettuce and a few onions...for $10.97! I would have returned it, but I was very busy getting ready for Thanksgiving the next day, and this place is 20 minutes away (each way). I won't be back.”

“I love this place. I’m from Princeton so I’ve had the pleasure of frequenting this market for a while. Supporting family owned small businesses is so important especially now. The food surpasses any nonsense you can get from chain places or large supermarkets. I worked at the old Triumph for years and came here at least once a week. They have something for everyone and the desserts are especially my favorite but everything is amazing. I highly suggest checking this place out if you’ve never been. I recently had the tiger sandwich I think it was called and it was out of this world. And the orzo salad is a top fave too. :) keep being awesome guys !!”

If you're ordering online, don't expect a complete order; this has happened to us already more than a few times, this is concerning and takes away the joy from eating a good dinner. I'm being respectful enough to leave my original review below because we do love their food but the staff at Sabor A Peru has really got to take packing their orders more seriously. It is extremely aggravating to continue to receive the wrong order or missing items from your order after you have paid in full. Original Review: We loved our visit to this restaurant, the food was absolutely delicious (please tell the cook never to leave) and the atmosphere is festive and a complete delight (check out my pictures). This is a family owned business and they're doing a great service for the community. The facility is well kept and very clean. I also love being able to look inside the kitchen. We found our new (and likely only) go-to Peruvian restaurant.”
