“No complaints, thoughtful cooking and customer service. I think it's wonderful. The reason why I gave it a minus 1 star was because I sat in the seat at the far end near the kitchen the other day, but that seat might be a bit useless. I wrote this because I revisited it. The store has become difficult to visit due to the long lines day after day due to the coronavirus pandemic. I visited because the line was a little short. Last time I was a yokozuna, but this time I was a sekiwake. The noodles are chewy and really delicious.”

“The meat is pretty quality! Service response was alright. We had to wait for around 30mins get into the seat. Make sure you do the prior sign-in before you go there. Other wise you have to wait for long time to get in. Inside restaurants is clean. Infinitely recommend.”

“From the moment you walk into this establishment, you are treated with a true omotenashi experience! I highly reccomend making a reservation here to experience amazing food and the calming atmosphere by the river. Eating each piece of food was like enjoying art, delicious and beautiful. Sanae really made the experience so wonderful and enjoyable. She took the time to explain everything in English to my friend and I. Even when there were last minute changes such as needing to leave early or food changes, Sanae and staff were accommodating and ensured everything went smoothly for usI really appreciate it! “Came here for dinner during our visit to Yokohama, it was highly recommended by a friend who happens to be a native. Ambience and decor was just right with an open kitchen concept. Large storage bins available underneath your seat and it’s closed off so your jackets/belongings won’t smell like smoke afterwards. Staff was extremely efficient, but super attentive and friendly. We had the beef kitchen course and although the individual portions were a bit small, there were enough courses that we were fully satisfied by the end of the dinner. Everything was fresh and extremely delicious, with some of the best cuts of beef we have ever had, especially given its price point. The highlight was the beef tartare and the ‘sukiyaki beef’, they are to die for! Highly recommended :)”

“Wonderful place near the yokohama station. Nice private booths with good views of the streets if you like to people watch. English isn't easily understood but the servers try. Also the tablet to order on isn't in English, unless we couldn't find it. The food itself was amazing. Tried a few different dishes and every one was amazing”
