“Unfortunately I will no longer frequent this dispensary for my medicine. I always shop for what’s on sale. Today grassroots was 30% off on their website so I placed my order and stopped curbside to pick up my online order. First, the guy running curbside was rude in explaining my item wasn’t on sale. I asked him to show me where it stated that on the site and he said it’s not listed. So, I went inside and was met by Bre, who was holding a piece of paper listing grassroots ounces are not a part of promotion. Cool, but how does the online shopper know about your piece of paper with exclusions ?? I’ve stopped before and purchased flower that wasn’t listed on sale, but still fell under the promotion and the price was honored. You guys need to be more specific about promotions and pricing, and NOT get an attitude when someone asks why your website doesn’t reflect the same. It’s customer service 101 guys.. DO BETTER”

“My family members and I went here for our first eye exam after moving to the area. Our insurance billing was mishandled (my son had to pay the full amount when it should have been fully covered, in-network), and we had each to pay a deductible when our visit should have been billed as an eye exam - instead it was billed as an office visit, resulting in a co-pay. Despite giving the billing staff the opportunity to correct after sharing instructions from the insurance company, it remains unresolved almost 1 year later. We will not be returning.”

“A big thanks to RYAN and BRANDON. I had an issue with some product and I tried calling but the phone kept disconnecting. I just figured it was a problem with the phone system so I stopped calling. A few minutes later my phone rings and it was RYAN apologizing for not answering and asked me how he could help me. We spoke about my issue over the phone but I couldn’t figure anything out so I asked RYAN if I could see him. I returned to the dispensary to meet him and he was at the door waiting. We talked about my issue and he immediately corrected it. I had more questions about other products and that’s when RYAN referred me to BRANDON saying he was very knowledgeable and he would help me review the menu. BRANDON and I found a replacement that will be helpful to me. ROB and JEN the bud tenders, were also very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been using this dispensary since they opened and the people who work there have always been great but… RYAN BRANDON ROB and JEN are excellent examples of great people and they know how to help and treat a patient. From my first consultation appointment in June, to my total left hip replacement in July, and my follow up appointments, I have received the most professional and personal care from Dr Westphal, his Physician Assistants, the complete Medical Staff, and Office Staff at Westphal Orthopedics. I never felt rushed during each appointment. Dr Westphal had the upmost patience with my many questions and concerns, answering them all, going over the x rays in detail so I understood completely. Dr. Westphal even called me the night before my surgery to see if I had any more questions or concerns, which put my mind at ease that I was in the best hands. The hip surgery was very successful and at 6 weeks post op I am doing great and no more pain in my hip.
