I was promised to be seen by an office manager ahead of time due to my next doctor’s appointment, but instead they made me wait for an hour! Whereas, other more efficient facilities take their patients right away with no wait time to minimize the exposure. I had to leave the place without a test done. Very inefficient facility that doesn’t care about their patients one bit and is just a waste of time! If you value your time and safety, my advice is to find a better facility, that actually cares about their patients as much as value them.”

He has been suffering from the worst allergies and i have been to multiple vets and was only ever offered allergy shots and cytopoint injections.. which helped but not nearly as much as it should have. It really only masked my pups symptoms and did not fully take them away. Dr. Justin took time with my pup and i and answer all of my questions thoroughly and explained them in ways i was able to understand. Starting with my daughter, she needed clearance for her braces, it took a while as they even said they didn't know her as a patient and I literally had to go there and do multiple calls to get it done. Then it was my husband's turn, changing appointments whenever they feel like and canceled whenever they want. Then it was my turn. The worst. I was scheduled for cleaning, they made me wait over 2 hours in the room then telling me the hygienist is not back from lunch, I rescheduled because I had other appointments, then they called me again to reschedule, and then canceled my appointment the day I was going there saying I did not call back with verbal confirmation while they kept calling me at work and I only listened to the voice on weekend. Then I asked them. Why you did not send me that reminder on email and text messages as well? You kept calling me when I am working and assumed I listened to the voice message And I called to confirm the morning of my appointment and no one ever answered phone. So you can let me seat 2 hours while who knows where the hygienist is. Then reschedule as you wish, and cancel again, then reschedule again. And canceled because you are assuming that I will not call. So I asked them, what If I did not have a voice-mail box, how would you remind me? What about all the inconvenience my family went through because you are not organized and can't get it together? That doesn't count. So my advice, if you're looking for a professional place where people know what they are doing and are accountable for their mistakes, don't go to this place, they will blame all their mistakes on you and keep singing the policy song in your ears like parrots. On top of it, they are rude and don't listen.”
