“I first went for a dental appointment in January 2023, upon arrival I was instructed I was only booked with a hygienist and not a dentist although I had advised when booking I needed a filling reviewed. This resulted in me having to return a week later for a secondary appointment. Although the dentist was lovely, the appointment took well over an hour and during that time there was several delays due to items not being where they should be etc. Following that appointment I was asked to book in to see the dentist again in 6 months for a further review. 6 months has passed and I have now been told my appointment can't go ahead as the dentist won't be there. When asked to reschedule, the staff weren't able to tell me when I could come in nor if I needed a dentist or just a hygienist (they asked me to decide, even though I had been booked to see a dentist for 6 months?). Although a great location and the treatment was good, I feel their lack of processes and understanding is letting them down and so I won't be returning again as I can't guarantee what I'm being told is going to be right or even I will have an appointment spot!”

I needed antibiotics quickly so rang St Luke's explained my situation and Linda managed to squeeze me in despite also being fully booked but she understood the urgency and was very accommodating. I didn't have to wait long to see a doctor. Positive experience all around.”

“Great vet clinic. Before I moved away from Perth they were my local vet that have looked after all my dogs & cats. First visit back there with my two new dogs. All the staff were really friendly & helpful. My vet was great, she took all the time I needed to explain the things I needed to get my pug back to full health. “Would have given 5 stars, however one of the reception lady's is quite rude. I'm told to come back by the doctor the next day l and not to worry about booking however, felt like I was an inconvenience to the reception lady after following doctors instructions not to make a booking. Saying "I have nothing saying that here" and "well a booking would be helpful". She was just an unpleasant person. However everyone was very pleasant to deal with and the doctors are great, so I will return even with the rude receptionist.”

“I went to APE Medical today, I had never heard of it before, so I am very pleased I was referred there! Tabitha, I believe I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and kind. Explaining the product I needed to a high standard, and even put my size aside for me. Once getting there, I was greeted very politely by all four staff working that day. George a very lovely staff member helped me try on the 'medical surgical shoes' I needed. He ensured they were the right size, and gave me the option of what I preferred. Also, which one would logically be more effective and help with my condition. Very impressed with their professionalism, how they actually knew all their products, and cared about the customer. They were all so friendly and helpful. I've been dealing with chronic pain for nine long years now. I have been to a lot of stores, doctors, surgeons, chemists, and specialists and no one has ever treated me so kindly. 10/10 recommend these guys if you're looking for medical supplies or the correct rehabilitation apparatus ✔️💯🥼”
