“Unreliable. They rescheduled my appointment 3 times within 24hrs of my appointment. But if you're 5 minutes late they won't accept you in the lobby. The nurses are rude, condescending and talk down to you. I would never be allowed to treat people like they do at my job, so the fact that they do is astounding”

“I have been going to Gailmard for many years and was surprised when I attempted to have an appointment this year. I've always enjoyed the friendly feeling of the office but when I entered today-- something was off. A small amount of research later and I see that the practice has been sold to a corporate conglomeration. None of the original doctors are there-- front desk staff entirely different and the place just felt off. The medical screening form I was handed looked like it was created in MS Paint and the consent form for dilation/retinal imaging still had someone's Outlook email url in the header and footer. If the practice cannot present a professional front before treatment even begins, I do not feel comfortable receiving medical treatment so I left.”

“Hair loss was an issue that I dealt with in my early twenties. As the years went by and I noticed my hair thinning and even in some spots completely absent my confidence level began to drastically drop. I was self conscious of what everyone else saw when they looked at me and, more importantly, what I saw when I looked at myself. They kept me well informed of results to expect, proper care post procedure, answered all my questions or concerns, and made sure I was leaving confident again. I have had two procedures due to the level of balding that runs in my family and now i am in a confident mindset and comfortable to be seen again without feeling the need to hide my head as much as possible. I encourage anyone who is dealing with this issue to reach out and see which of the various options that are available would work best for them and realize there's still time to gain that confidence back.
