“I found it very easy to communicate with and and access their website through links sent to me via text, from registration to check in. Site was clean, front check in staff friendly and competent, equipment in back seemed modern, staff seemed competent in their use. But there was too much confusion in what I was being told from inaccuracies to staff contradicting each other. MD seemed especially proficient and explained every step of the procedure that he was about to perform on me. I liked that. His written report was first rate. It was quick and easy. I would go to them again and I recommend them.”

“I took an appointment at Wixom location , after taking an appointment they called me saying I had a balance due from 2017/2018, of which I am completely unaware, but I asked to email me a copy they did email , I went to the appointment and gave my health card to clear that bill without even discussing about previous balance or anything , But for some wired my card wasn’t working and then I said I will take care of it after talking to the insurance, then the show started the front desk person started saying I cannot let you see a doc if the balance is not cleared I clearly mentioned it not about the funds it is about the card but she said i am sorry you will have to reschedule your appointment. I still was thinking it was some policy issue and I said okay then reschedule my appointment I will talk to the insurance and take care of the bill by then , she said sorry I cannot even reschedule if the bill is not cleared. These people are very unprofessional they don’t trust their clients . I am never going back to them again.”

“Great multi level gym with everything from weights to elliptical s, treadmills, stair steppers, two pools one a lane pool the other a therapy fitness pool. They have all sorts of classes, something for everyone. Smoothie bar. Fully equipped locker rooms, child care on site. Always clean and the staff is friendly. Only reason I gave the 4 stars instead of 5 is they still have reduced hours due to COVID and I feel they have their system in place well enough they should expand the hours. They close at 8 right now so if you work til 5, have to get home, eat something and then get to the gym you are very rushed and have very limited workout time.”

“CSL on state street is very unprofessional. I got there first thing to avoid the line do to having to work. I had to see the nurse before donation due to a small cut on my elbow. I go to sit and wait the to nurses stood talking for a little bit then continued to walk past me over and over then both go in the room with 1 other person and I sat for over 45 for them to look at a cut on my elbow. I have had this happen with the nurses here twice now. After reading reviews I agree the only reason this place is still going is because they prey on the brokest people to need this little money donations they don't appreciate the fact peoples time is valuable at all and some have jobs and just need a little extra money from time to time this is a horrible place and I won't be back...”

“Rehab Center Review: I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Management is horrible & fail to let the family know anything about their plan of action for your love one. They're understaffed & patients are offen neglected. The facility is worn down. Broken beds, the walls need to be cleaned/painted, & no a/c in the room. The food was horrible & kept making my mother sick but they refused to give her any other substitutes.”
