“The doctor and cleaning staff is very good. However, nobody follows time. Extremely poor time management and no proper communication with the patients. Our operation was scheduled for 1 pm, they asked to be at the hospital at 8 am. Operation got delayed to 4 pm, this was not communicated. In the OT assistant doctors realised that one report was missing. The patient had an empty stomach for 10 hours. This was a 1 hour operation and they charged for 2 days rent, doctor visit charges - everything was multiplied. Discharge delayed by 4 hours.”

“I had a Lasik surgery with Dr. Zain khatib at Khatib Eye Clinic few months ago and I am very happy with the results. He was very thorough and professional during the consultation and explained everything clearly about the type of procedures. He also followed up with me the same day after surgery and gave me instructions on how to take care of my eyes. He was very flexible and accommodating with my schedule, as I was visiting from Canada and had limited time. The staff was friendly and helpful and the facility was clean and modern.
