The staff was so wonderful to everyone that came through the door. What absolutely floored me was when an owner came in to have (what I assume was) a long term patient cremated. The care they showed for that parent and the tears from the vet tech made me realize that is particular clinic really REALLY cares about their animal patients AND the human parents. Dr. Mary was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and Excellent at explaining the body chemistry's process for weight loss. I selected this program because I did not like the thought of eating packaged foods. I also wanted a program that would educate me on how to stand on my own after the program finished. They treat the players and leagues with attentiveness and care. The director and coaches who manage the leagues go out of their way to help members with matching and they design meaningful formats. Most Tennis facility coaches are forced to scrounge an extra dime through privates and groups and therefore pay little or no attention to helping members play league. Pacific Clinic coaches engage and manage the leagues even if it doesn’t serve their pocket books directly. That is a rare gem in the Tennis Club industry. All the front desk are attentive and kind. Christy is exceptional.”

“THEY REALLY ONLY CARE ABOUT LEAVING ON TIME!! Now having said that, and to be fair, actually getting my bi-pap and the help I received with mask fitting was quite good. But after that...Norco employees have been rather useless. Getting set up to order supplies has exposed a massive weakness in Norco's customer service. It seems they don't understand that, though they are in the medical field, they are still a customer service company. I've had the misfortune of talking with them twice after 4:30pm. It doesn't seem to matter what your issues may be, their ONLY interest at that time is leaving by 5:00pm EXACTLY. Today, the lady at the counter literally said "you have about 5 minutes to decide because we leave a 5." This was after 20 minutes of her fumbling about, trying figure out the situation and consistently NOT listening to me. AND it was only 4:47pm. I know because I was so shocked by this statement that I checked my watch. This, for me, shows complete and utter disregard for the customer...the reason her job exists. I know I'm ranting at this point. But today is not the only occasion I've encountered this attitude from a Norco employee. I've filed this complaint with their internal review system as well. If anything comes of that, I'll consider revising or updating this review. But confidence is low, right along with expectations, based on the rote replies to other negative I've seen here.”

“My partner had an appointment scheduled here for weeks. 3 days prior to her appointment they called her to tell her that her insurance is inactive. It’s a group plan through an employer, so this is odd. My partner contacted the insurance provider, who confirmed her policy’s active status. She then followed up with the Alderwood optical. They told her they couldn’t find it, argued that it was inactive, and it would be $161 for her appointment. She cancelled, and had an appointment out of network within 24hrs. Worth it to pay the cost, which was half the quote from Alderwood, and be done with the headache. Rude and organized, what a mess. Do better.”
