“The doctor my daughter seen on 2/15/24 is the best she definitely listened to all my concerns and looked into my daughter’s health history before entering the rooms and agreed with me. She was so sweet and my daughter wasn’t nervous when the doctor asked her questions. We didn’t have to wait a long time which was a huge plus ! After 6 years we are finally being referred to an allergy specialist! I do also see a huge difference in this office now and it’s definitely for the better !!! I love to take my children to a place where the drs and nurses love there job and take it very seriously. Although I’m still waiting on a medication that the pharmacy can’t release until they get it cleared from the doctor I’m sure they will get it handled soon.”

“This place would definitely not be my choice for medical care, less urgent care, but had to go due to a work injury, and they were the Insurance Company or Employer's choice. It is quite clear that the PA that I saw cares more about getting paid over patient care, since quality care is Not offered here. This PA never listened to any of my concerns in reference to my injuries, and even when I expressed my level of pain, he acted un- concerned/nonchalant and without compassion. The staff was not very friendly, and/or pleasant, so makes the atmosphere uneasy, tense😬 and just not wanting to be there. Plus the place was empty- I was the only patient there, yet waited quite a while before being called back to be seen. This should be the opposite, esp. for an urgent care clinic, where you expect kind and compassionate care. In general the place was unclean- The waiting area was being swept while I was there,( no apologies offered for the flying germs, dust/dirt) you would think this would be done before opening the clinic. The equipment used also was unclean- Xray- table appears filthy, with no sanitary cover. As said, they're all about the money, and not about quality patient care. How sad😢!”

“This place is great for urgent care visits, but would not recommend if you are looking for a primary care physician. On the first visit there, my blood pressure was high and I was given the option of taking blood pressure(bp ) pills or getting it rechecked in a couple of weeks. Which is OKAY, except I stated I didn’t have a history of high blood pressure and I wasn’t asked about my diet or specifics on my lifestyle which does have an impact on bp. I also stated that sometimes I experienced chest pains, and was only told that wouldn’t be a symptom of high bp and should go to the Emergency Room if I do get chest pains. No further questions were asked regarding my experiencing chest pains, so I felt like the doctor really didn’t care and assumed most of my problems were from my weight because I am overweight. If you want medicine to treat the symptoms you may be experiencing this is the place for you. However, if you want to get to the root of the problem and want to get your body healthy, go somewhere else. I gave two stars because the office staff is extremely friendly.”

“My appointment was for 9am 11/Jan/24 . I arrived at 8:40 am the morning of my appointment and was checked in and seated within 10 minutes of arrival. Then I was called back by the nurse to check in before the doctor came in, doctor came in to follow up with the nurse. I will say doc had some very interesting sneakers on as well (loud colors) , I like loud colors being a custom painter! Within 10 minutes of being in the room I was seen , processing was done and the item in question was no more I left it with the nurse/doctor . Then I was on my way home! So I had a very good experience and if I’m required to go back and will welcome it with open arms !”

“I TOTALLY 1000% recommend this vet!! We can't thank Ms Jenny and her team enough for helping us with our sick fur kids. She is VERY passionate about animals. She listens to what you have to say and thoroughly looks at the dog over. She takes her time in the room to care for the animal and when you have to put your old fur kids down it's never easy, we all cried in the room. When you see a vet cry you know very well they are passionate about what they do. We have been there 4x this month for our dogs and every time they we're all passionate. “I initially left a good review of this pharmacy but my subsequent experiences have been awful. I will preface this review by saying that I'm a pharmacist licensed in another state. There have been multiple mix-ups in communication that resulted in errors in insurance billing and almost getting the wrong Covid vaccine. The staff in every instance did not listen carefully. This morning I called to see if they could order oxalic acid from their wholesaler so I could remove some rust stains from linen. The clerk who answered the phone put me on hold while they checked and came back with the response "I'm sorry but we don't do that for customers". Don't do what? Special order items? So not only did my encounter today put the quietus on any future dealings with Falls River RX but it prompted me to write this review that was a long time coming. While others clearly have had positive experiences, mine have been nothing short of frustrating.”

“I started seeing Dr Joe early 2022. I just turned 50 and after losing weight in 2020, I had gained some of it back in 2021 and felt weak and tired. Before my office visit, Dr Joe gave me a detailed lab order to get my blood work done and we had a consultation a week later and reviewed my numbers. Got on a scale that measures body fat, muscle mass, etc and got my metabolic age....89. Dr Joe came up with a plan of action for me and set up a follow up visit in 3 months. In those 3 months, I lost 17lbs of fat and gained 3lbs of muscle. Seeing that progress as well as my blood work improving, kept me motivated for the next visit. Every time I go and see Dr Joe, I leave feeling better knowing I am making progress to becoming more healthy. Just had a visit last week after following Dr Joe's plan for the last 2 years. Blood work keeps improving and body fat continues to go down as I lose weight. More importantly, holding steady with muscle mass. Metabolic age is now 47 years, 5 years less than my current age. “While my husband and I love our eye doctor the staff who handles the ordering of glasses and making sure they fit have really gone down hill. It has been our experience that when picking glasses up on multiple occasions they want to just hand them to you and send you out the door rather than make sure they fit or sit right. Sadly gone are the days when they heated them to adjust the fit on your face to keep them from being uncomfortable or slide down. I miss when it was a small local business.”

“I walked in and asked the receptionist if I needed to check in with her since I had started my registration earlier today. She told me no and to have a seat. I completed my registration and checked in at 6:30pm. There was 1 other person in the waiting room and 1 empty room (the others may have been full). 40 min later the receptionist calls me up to tell me they are no longer taking walk-ins. I asked her why she didn’t tell me that when I WALKED IN 40 min prior. She stated she was busy with the people that walked in before me. No apology or consideration. Luckily a different urgent care down the road was able to see my sick child even though their waiting room was busier.”
