I had a large mole on the back if my head that was turning into a reoccurring issue every time I got a haircut. Barbara Smith and her assistant were extremely professional and removed the mole and sent it off for a biopsy. Pinnacle is right! Top of their field.”

I am blessed to have Dr. Shires as my healthcare provider. I am sure that all of her patients feel the same way. She provides such good health care in an uplifting way. That takes the stress out of a medical appointment. I also want to thank my Nurse Navigator, Jen M, for her help getting authorization for the additional CT scans that I requested. I know that this process required extra work and time on her part. I certainly appreciate that she accomplished this on short notice. I highly recommend West Cancer Center. “From the minute we walked in the door with new mom and her five day old, we were greeted with smiles and helpful information. Checking in was painless. The pediatric nurses were informative and kept us informed each step of the way. Dr. Wakefield, the pediatrician, was amazing. He was very informative and willing to listen to all of mom's questions and concerns. I had no idea that any doctor would spend that much time and care with a patient of any kind. It was a very positive experience and I feel that our baby was getting the very best possible care!”

“For this doctor office to be up scale, this is the most horrible office I have ever seen. They want sit down and talk to you about your result. They are always in a rush and want explain anything to you. My spouse was suppose to be schedule for a CT and she has not heard from them and it has been two months. Call and ask them about the CT and they stated that the referral was sent. After I called Methodist about the CT referral they tell me that they do not have a referral. I would never refer anyone to this office. It’s very sad that you go to the doctor for answers and you come out confused. Dr. Bowden need to evaluate his staff.”
