“I had an awful experience. I had a CT scan with contrast. They were rude and very impatient. I was setting down my purse ,coat, and soda. They told me, "anytime now and we are waiting" I am slower. I'm a senior with arthritis. Well after being shamed, they try to start the IV. After 3 sticks he calls in another guy. He starts digging and I told him to stop. He said he would get the er nurse to come with ultrasound sound. It sounded threatening. He continues and I tell him, "I'm done, stop, he continues. I can't get up off that narrow table on my on. He does get the iv started. Im crying and they started the the scan. They told me to be still and stop moving my head. Horrible experience. I gave the facility 2 stars because all other support staff was super nice and the facility was clean.”

“I had an allergic reaction to something. They rushed me in and took care of everything. I don’t know the staff names. They were so kind, nice, and very helpful. Also very knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend. I just realized two of the ladies names that helped me. Anne Kaye-Taylor and Khia Powell there was a third lady. They were all great!!”

“I have been sick for almost a week and had been to two different clinics without any answers from one of them and some meds. I got top notch care today and the staff was amazingly professional and caring. I am thankful for them and they will be my new go to. I may live 40 minutes away, but great care and getting answers is well worth the drive. Thank you!”

“I think it is hard to rate a physician. The pharmacy staff is polite and knows what is going on. The front desk usually has some sense. The place is over worked for sure but they are providing accessible health care. I try not to hold it against them. I do not care for one of the doctor but what can you do?”

“they need to find some better people to put the needles in because they’ll sit there and poke you too deep and move it all around and cause bruises to come up and the tell you you aren’t allowed to donate because of the bruising they caused. and then make you think you can donate after the initial screening process make you wait in line for 2 hours just to be told something they’re supposed to tell you at the beginning.”
