“When I arrived my rabbit timothy was having some respiratory problems that i luckily caught early. I don’t remember the doctors name but she was very kind and had cat vans on. she was gentle with timothy despite his stubborn ways. she sent us on our way with some antibiotics for his respiratory problems and since then i’ve noticed a big difference. he’s eating his food in one sitting. he’s active. he’s able to sleep more comfortably as well. he’s been catching up on some sleep actually haha. also the front desk staff here is amazing, patient, and very accommodating thank u.”

They charge extra for a text my doctor in Massachusetts gave me for no charge last year, and I really wish they had a larger selection of frames. In the end there were really only two frames I would consider wearing and that fit my face, I didn't care for the color of one so I didn't feel I had much choice. Otherwise the experience was good. They took the time to explain all the options concerning bifocals and blue light coating for my husband, but again in his case there weren't Many choices he liked in the frames. I think they could definitely improve in that department. But I felt in good hand with doctor and all staff who were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.”
