“I always leave a float at Float Madison fully relaxed and refreshed. The atmosphere at the facility along with Greg's calm and compassionate demeanor is so welcoming. The place is very art-filled, clean, and well-equipped with many things you may need for a float. I bring a swim cap along to tuck my long hair inside. I appreciate the post-float bathroom with a hair dryer so I don't have to leave wet-headed. Over the years, I have also purchased some products from his shelves, too. There is convenient, free, dedicated parking in back as well. Every reason to check out Float Madison for yourself.”

“Since starting the BRX performance program I have watched our son gain confidence in his speed and agility but also his overall arm strength has increased. He's been confident on the mound in baseball but seeing his speed increase and knowing we're focusing on technique and also protecting his arm doing arm care and rehab days has been great to watch. Knowing he knows how to take good care of his arm so he's not damaging it for the future.”

“The new facility in SisterBay is large, well-appointed and comfortable. The people working there are the same- welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. The hospital in Sturgeon Bay warm & welcoming. Unfortunately, we have spent much of the past year at both locations and have felt we were in good hands, with caring professionals in a calm environment. Both locations are beautifully decorated for the holidays which just reinforces the feeling of careful & respectful attention to detail in a comforting setting.”

“I did the digital appt. It was fine. The staff to assist after worst customer service. There at a desk for them to figure things out over an hour. Bad attitude and I still am not confident all was submitted accurately. They need a manager to assist!!! I always go here no issues but this time horrible service.”

“This place is a joke. I scheduled an appointment for an eye checkup and when I get there I was told I had a specialist because I wore gas permeable lenses. I never asked for a specialist and was charged $200 up front. The overall appointment was over $500. I had to go back three times to get rechecked because they couldn't get my prescription right for glasses. I finally gave up and told them that I will use my old glasses which had perfect vision. Then when I told them I wanted new contacts, I was told I needed to make another appointment and pay another fee because they never checked the shape of my eyes for contacts. I'm not sure what they did in the first visit to warrant a $500 charge.”
