“I had a referral appointment at ROC for sudden, severe joint pain. The office scheduled me quickly, but then moved my appointment twice, eventually fitting me in between other appointments. Dr. Coen was therefore rushed during the evaluation, but I also did not feel he took my concerns seriously. As my symptoms had recently begun to improve, he implied my primary care provider was mistaken about joint involvement and I had strained a muscle (so severely that I had been incapacitated) without remembering it or having any swelling or bruising. When I asked his opinion about my abnormal lab results, he had no interest in helping me find an explanation for my symptoms. As I began to describe increasing pain in other joints, he cut me off to begin the examination. It seemed as though my unknown (and personally frightening) condition was unimportant if it did not relate to him performing surgery in the near future. I was eventually diagnosed with a rheumatic condition he could not have treated, but the lack of empathy I experienced at ROC was very discouraging.”

“Was hospitalized for some type of bleeding and was not given anything for pain except Tylenol. I had a blood transfusion and two iron transfusions due to the severity of my condition. I'm still in pain and home now. I'm glad to be alive. I wish I was given an endoscope and surgery but "they don't do that here." The rest of it was good. I'm so hurt they will not give proper pain management. Glad to get blood.”

“It was my first time there since the remodel, it looks great clean, easy to find where you need to be. The room I was in is very roomy with 2 chairs for "family" the table chair thingy was very comfy and it takes your weight😲. My intake was great I had a newbie who did great👍🏻. Dr was nice and listened to me asked ne questions and did an actual hands on check. "Like they used to.. way back when" 😁”

“Dr. Lee was super cool, made sure I was okay and wasn’t in pain during the whole procedure. He was great at telling me what we were doing, and just seemed like he really cared to make sure he fixed the problem the most efficient way possible. He also made sure that what he was doing was what I wanted to be done! His assistant Jamie was super as friendly as well, and she cares about her job and patients that come in! I’ll definitely recommend him to anyone that has a foot problem!!”

“I work at a clinic with a very diverse patient population. My experiences with Linguava have been frustrating and unproductive at the best of times. The operators seem to be determined to be as unhelpful as possible, sometimes even purposely obtuse and obstructive. We will be exploring our options. “I loved brining my kids here when Dr.Centerwall was here…it seems like they have lost a lot of staff. My daughter’s appt got rescheduled 3x in a row, and each time they called to reschedule it was 30 mins before her appointment time. Go elsewhere if you can, all they do is make you waste your time.”
