“Would love to give this place a higher rating. The doctors are really personable and seem knowledgeable, but they're impossible to get to. I've never had a hold time less than 10 minutes, and when trying to schedule a dermatology appointment, I call in, get one piece of information, try to figure out my transportation, call back, and get different information, not the least of which is that the dermatologist doesn't schedule more than 4 weeks out. Not sure how they can operate like that. They don't really seem to know how to handle calls or appointments. If you can get one, the docs are great, but I don't have that kind of time to keep calling back and getting jerked around. Best of luck.”

“Staff are friendly and facility is clean. They were able to work me in as a walk in last minute which I appreciate with my busy schedule. Laser session is fast and efficient, they use ice pack before and cold air during to reduce discomfort. Overall good experience. Price is significantly higher than other locations (like four times as much). Overall I'm happy with my experience but I will finishing my removal at a location that is less expensive.”

“They should address this is medical marijuana dispensary that only an appointment will get you inside to shop certain products. A few people made a scene because they couldn't come in and buy marijuana since it's now legal in MN. Not really Green Goods bad or responsibility but not a bad idea. Anyways now that flower is being sold and marijuana is legal in MN. Green Goods is doing a great job on sales and prices are still close to street prices for hydroponics as if it was early 2000's but it's clean good buds. I appreciate that not just anyone off the streets can just walk in though. It's always clean and professional when I stop in for my appointed time. I can't wait to see what Green Goods becomes in the near to long term future. Good job Green goods. Now if those prices come down you'll be killing it. However, selling quantity on your buds is the right steps to a awesome future together. Thanks for listening and keep up the great work.”

“The people working the front desk were very honest about the extreme wait time. But I was checked in at 1258 and I walked out the door at 544. The woman who did the pre screen was very professional and almost warned of the wait. Even people with appointments were having to wait 2 hours. I’ve never experienced this before at any Concentra location.”

“What has happened to this clinic in recent years has become unacceptable. I was told to make 2 separate appointments because I wanted 2 (very small) things looked at and taken care of. A total of maybe 10 minute appointment would have been necessary to address my 2 issues, but they would not lump them into one appointment. No thank you. I will find another clinic who isn't trying to make an extra buck out of total inconvenience to the patient. BTW there may be more complicated medical issues requiring 2 visits, but one of mine was a look and see the other was a simple skin tag the size of grain of rice probably a 5 second snip. Bad call. Lost a long term patient. I also notice in the reviews that the 5 stars tend to get a response from the clinic but not one of the 1 star has a response. I would think 1 star would be the most important to respond to.”

“Dr. Kim, the nurses, medical assistants, embryologists, receptionists, anesthesiologists were very nice, empathetic, and professional. The ladies in the billing department were knowledgeable and very prompt to get back to my emails and phone calls. Our Journey at RMIA lasted a year with two retrievals and two transfers. On September 3, 2023 we were blessed with our baby boy. We know this couldn’t have happened without the help from RMIA and are forever grateful.”
