“Dr. Misty made sure my skin problem was addressed and was knowledgable on what and how I could get rid of it in a timely manner. I had a lot of anxiety even coming and asking for help and was really nervous about showing that kind of vulnerability but it was addressed in a professional manner and I will be clear and free of my issue quickly. One of the nurses wish I got her name was so good with my 2 year old and my 2 year old has sensory issues and delayed speech and took to her right away which surprised me because shes not fond of many people . There were snacks for my child to have to keep her busy and I'm really just glad to have this issue taken care of I waited to long to ask for help for something that could have been fixed quickly.”

“I have taken my fur babies here since 2009. They have always been amazing. My last baby just passed and Faith was so amazing. She went above and beyond her job for me in a hard time. Ruby at the desk has always been wonderful and the doctors took care of my 2 special need dogs with so many health problems. They have always been caring and compassionate. When I'm ready for my next baby, I will gladly still drive the 40 minutes to see them. I have total trust and confidence in this group”

“We had a great time. Booked a 5 group, all 1st timers, and started with the Salt room. SO relaxing. From there we went to a room where we had some lemon/lime refreshing water and made our own Himalayan body scrub. Our hosts topped it off with a glass of wine to our liking. Next was lunch. Delicious and hit the spot. Our Hosts were amazing. Thank u for having us. Patsy, DeeDee, Liz and Heidi. We will be back. Breathing better already.”

“Called and spoke with a very nice receptionist. She answered all my questions and was helpful. I asked for a specific color chair as I was keeping it for a minimum of one month in my den. She checked the inventory and said that the beige color that I wanted was available for the next day delivery. When I received my chair it was not the color that I asked for so I called back to let them know and see about getting the correct color. The guy that I spoke with was argumentative and told me every reason why I could not get the color that was agreed-upon. I asked to speak to the manager who he said was his brother. He was not there, but called me back the next day. I got similar treatment from him “with attitude”. I kept the chair that was delivered to me. But there was no apology whatsoever. My one star rating relates totally to their customer service, which is basically nil. Good luck if you do business with them and have a problem because they probably won’t make it right.”

“First two times I went I had a great experience. The last two times have been complete trash. This last time they poked me in my left arm first then my right arm because they didnt do it right the first time. Then proceeded to wiggle the needle around over and over again. (Did that in BOTH arms!) I am a human NOT a pin cushion. And my session was cut short because they don't know how to find the vein the first time so the flow was messed up. So warning!!!!! If you are in need quick cash, go somewhere else. I will NOT be returning.”

“Tammy and Jeff performed my MRI with extreme kindness and professionalism. I was a little nervous and they quickly made sure I knew what to expect and was extremely comfortable. Catrina and Theresa in the front office were exceptional and Kimberley helped us with some insurance clarification and needs. The entire staff that I personally dealt with were exceptional. The facilities were easy to locate and access and extremely clean and comfortable. Five stars all the way around!”
